UHU TWIST AND GLUE Fridge Magnet

The UHU Twist and glue is a product I have been wanting to try out...and here is my first result. I am very
happy with it; it is a very strong glue, and is transparent.
I took a couple of photos, as it's very difficult to photograph the marbles.
You need:
juice lid
2 glass marbles
2 buttons
bottle cap - smashed
pretty paper
gathered lace
small magnets for the back.

I stamped on the buttons, a squirrel, and a dog, with archival inkpad. The feet image is from a DaVinci
collection. I glued everything as shown in the pic - with  the UHU twist and glue.  It worked great!

LOVE IS: FABRIC BOOK

LOVE IS … Soft – yielding – endearing – passionate.
I enjoyed putting these pages together.
All the images were transferred onto fabric using two methods – gel medium, and adhesive-backed cotton.

LUTRADUR PAGES

Two more Lutradur pages photographed - too lumpy for scanning!
The blue page has a painted piece of fabric softener sheet, which I was using to clean paint brushes, adhered to a paper towel. The little square is a Model Magic piece that I rubber stamped on. The pink page also has a pink fabric softener sheet, this time stenciled on with yellow paint. The round piece is a style stone with Opals stamped into. I love the colors in that set.

SERENITY

I wanted to take a break from the hassles that Christmas can bring - of course along with all the joy.
I made this spread in a short time, it just came together so easily. I do love working with Asian themes, so this might also have something to do with it!
I used text strips on the left, and rice paper on the right.
Stamps, stencils, a napkin and rub-ons were used, and then I played with my Portfolio Water Soluble Oil Pastels on the right side. These are available at www.Quietfiredesign.com.

LUTRADUR BOOK

This is the result of playing with this wonderful product, Lutradur. This will be a bound book, but I wanted to take the photos before binding.
