This spread is for the ABCanada Yahoo Group, the July Bird Mingle. The bird ATC on the left page was made by Pauline.
The left page is a printed transparency over a page I painted and stamped.
The right page is the same painted background, with a colorful image of tropical birds, framed with gold pen.

BIRDS OF A FEATHER

This is an ATC for ABCanada Yahoo Group - Birds mingle for July 2009. Therese in Trenton will be receiving it to use in an altered book spread.

DREAM DANCE

Here are my most recent altered pages. More napkins, metallic paints, and molding paste. I am having fun with these!

A ROSE GARDEN

The left page is another napkin applied with Golden's soft gel. The paper heart is painted with molding paste and colored with metallics. The right page has a background of green-painted Wonder-Under, ironed to the painted page. The image is then ironed on top of that.

HIGH TEA WITH ME

Lots of levels of paint, napkin tissue, and an image. The steam from the tea cup is made with angelina fibres, strands of heavy thread, glued down with Wonder-Under.

PUZZLE ART

These are a few puzzle pieces, and a full wooden puzzle I had altered some time ago.
I thought you might enjoy seeing what you can do with little puzzle pieces just waiting to be altered.

Schooldays - Aged paper background, stickers, crayon, slide.



Asian Lady - A fabric background with lace and ribbon.


50's Housewife - this one has a fabric background as well.


Wooden puzzle, altered separately then put back together.

ASIAN SPREAD

Here is the book spread I did using an ATC (bottom right) from MaryBeth. This is the current Asian mingle in the AB Yahoo Book Club.
I used images, butterfly rub on, Asian coins, sheet stamps, dyed cheesecloth, stickers. I painted the background pages with H2O Radiant Rain watercolor dabbers.
